Our No-Returns Policy
Every piece in our collection is individually selected and made from natural materials. Because each ceramic planter, terracotta pot, and handpicked item is unique, we don’t accept returns — including returns due to change of mind.

- Change of mind or preference
- Items that don’t fit your space the way you imagined
- Colour or finish looks different in your home than in photos
